“I love the new Xero. I particularly like that it’s instant - now that my bank accounts are set up and feeds updating. I have 3 credit cards, 3 banks accounts and a PayPal account all providing real-time banking information and, with the Receipt Bank integration, I can manage my day to day accounts perhaps 10 times faster than I could previously. I can dip in and out whenever I have a free moment and reconcile transactions when it suits me. And the accuracy it brings is phenomenal, it really cuts down on user input errors.
James has been very responsive in helping with the transfer from Sage, and troubleshooting a few small issues such as where to post some transactions that are different from the Sage I’ve been used to.
I have had some discussions with Xero support to help with a troublesome Barclays bank feed, but a 10 minute chat fixed that too, so very happy with their support too.
